Terms and Conditions

The OfficeWinner promotion is valid on purchases of Office Supplies made from the OfficeWinner online store at www.officewinner.co.uk ("OfficeWinner Store").

Terms and Conditions

1. OfficeWinner offers customers a chance to earn rewards based on every purchase made both by the customer themselves from the OfficeWinner Store, by all customers who make a purchase from the OfficeWinner Store as a result of a recommendation by the customer ("Friend") and by all customers who make a purchase from the OfficeWinner Store as a result of a recommendation by a Friend ("Recommended friend") ("Qualifying Purchase").
2. Following a Qualifying Purchase the customer receives their reward based on 5% of the price of the Qualifying Purchase. For example, if the customer, a Friend or a Recommended Friend make a total purchase of £100, the customer will be paid £5 of the purchase by way of a reward ("Reward"). The Rewards get accumulated in the customer’s online account ("OfficeWinner Account") and can be either redeemed against further purchases from the OfficeWinner Store or redeemed as a cash payment.
3. The customer’s online OfficeWinner Account can be accessed and provide details regarding unredeemed Rewards as well as a history of those Rewards already redeemed.
4. Rewards cannot be redeemed in relation to a Qualifying Purchase until the customer, Friend or Recommended Friend has received the Qualifying Purchase.
5. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only.
6. Rewards redeemed by way of a cash payment will be made via bank transfer to account details supplied by the Customer.
7. Rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
8. Return of the Qualifying Purchase to OfficeWinner will disentitle the participant to a Reward.
9. All instructions on the OfficeWinner Store or the customer’s OfficeWinner Account form part of these terms and conditions. A Reward will only be made upon satisfaction by the customer of these terms and conditions. By completing registration process to the OfficeWinner Account participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. OfficeWinner reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for any incorrect or inaccurate details submitted by a customer.
11. OfficeWinner reserves the right to audit all Reward claims to ensure that the terms and conditions have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all Reward claims and supporting documents.
12. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from the OfficeWinner Account scheme.
13. The decisions of OfficeWinner in respect of any and all aspects of the OfficeWinner Account will be final and binding.
