Yes. You can build your own team including your friends, family, your work colleagues or people within other companies or organisations that you know of. As an individual with an OfficeWinner account you will earn commission that can either be paid to you by cheque or directly into your bank account.
Q: Can companies join?
Yes. You can open an OfficeWinner account for your company and build a team between several companies and their subsidiaries or associates. As a company you can elect to have your commission payments paid directly into your company bank account.
Q: Can the products be purchased from outside the UK?
No. Goods will only be supplied to UK addresses and commissions will only be paid to UK addresses.
Q: Will the people at the top make all the money?
OfficeWinner is not a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal. OfficeWinner pays multi-level commissions, with legal multi-level payment structures.
All members are equal and you are all earning the same amount of money from each genuine sale through your team. No member can be promoted or elevated in any way to an income position above any other member. OfficeWinner is free to all members.
The person or company that you introduced to OfficeWinner is in exactly the same position as you.
Everyone who joins OfficeWinner has the same equal opportunity. The business is structured in such a way that if everyone bought the same item on the same day, they would ALL earn the same commission payment.
The difference comes when people refer and tell their friends about OfficeWinner. Each person gets the opportunity to build a team and get access to team commissions from 5 levels within their own team creating an equal opportunity for all.
Q: How do I refer people to OfficeWinner?
We will send you all the information you need to help you get started after you join us. It's really simple. Once you have your OfficeWinner account, just send a link to your friends. If they would like to have their own account and create their own team, they can request an account with OfficeWinner. After approval, your friends will automatically join your personal OfficeWinner team. And you will be able to see them in your admin area immediately after they click their activation email.

Q: Are there a minimum or maximum number of friends or colleagues I can refer?
No, we place no restrictions on you in any way. We would, of course, prefer you tell all of your friends and colleagues. But it's entirely up to you. If you want to use OfficeWinner only for your own purchases, then that's absolutely fine.
Q: What will I get paid for?
You get paid on all approved sales from yourself and everyone within your team. Please note that pending transactions may show in your account shortly after a transaction happens. Generally speaking these transactions become approved, but sometimes may be reversed. This might happen, for example, if a customer places an order and later cancels it. We will then reverse that pending commission.
Q: How and when will I get paid?
Commission payments will be made monthly by BACS transfer on or about 15th of the month. If you wish to receive payment by cheque, a handling charge of £1 per transaction will be charged for that service.
Q: If one of the people I introduce fails to use their account, what happens to the chain of commission?
The chain of commission will remain the same, but there will of course be no commission from that account.
Q: If one of the people I introduce has their account terminated, what happens to the chain of commission?
The chain of commission will remain the same but without commissions from the terminated account.
Q: How long does it take for commissions to go from pending to approved?
All transactions are dealt with on a calendar Month basis. For example, let's assume you made a purchase in January. It makes no difference on which date in January the transaction took place, it could have been anywhere between the 1st and the 31 st , its processing month is January.
Everything purchased during any calendar month will show as either pending or rejected during that month. Then, during the following month (in our example that is February) items will stay pending. The reason for this is that, the consumer rights act allows us all to return goods within 14 days of the original purchase. Most web-based businesses extend this to 30 days.
During the following month (in our example that is March) we will change the status of any pending transactions. There are 3 possible options available;
Pending - We can leave the item as pending. This is likely to happen if, for example, you bought something on the last day of the month and order has still not been completed and paid for.
Rejected - This can happen if, for example, the goods were returned or you cancelled the order.
Approved - The majority of pending transactions progress to approved status before the last day of the month.
There are of course exceptions! ~ Leasing options need to be explained here!
Summary of what happens when you purchase an item in January:
January - Sales will be Pending or Rejected during January.
February - Pending items will remain Pending or be Rejected.
March - Pending items will be Approved for payment or Rejected.
Q: When I buy through my account, how do you know you have to pay me?
As you navigate via your account through OfficeWinner to a specific product and then make a purchase, the path you took to arrive at that product will be logged by OfficeWinner using industry standard cookies.
We only use cookies to track your purchases. Our cookies contain no personal information about you.
Q: What if I complete my purchase offline?
It is essential that you complete all transactions wholly online through your own account. If you finish the purchase over the phone or by any other means, you must go back to your account to complete the purchase. Otherwise, OfficeWinner will not attribute the sale to and you will not receive your commission.
Q: I have just bought something through my account and cannot see my commission in my admin area.
Commissions are not processed in real time. Please wait at least 72 hours after your purchase, before submitting a missing commission request to allow for any delays that may occur with sales order processing.
Q: Do we have to inform the tax office on the income we receive?
As with any income you receive, you have a legal obligation to declare that income and it is entirely your responsibility to do so. OfficeWinner will not be held responsible for any taxation that you may have to pay on income received from OfficeWinner.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
For security reasons, in order to close your account you need to login to your OfficeWinner account with your username and password and submit a support request that we close your account.
Q: I have friends who do not want to register with OfficeWinner. Can they make purchases through my account?
Yes of course, but we will not be able to pay them any of the commission due. That money will be received by you.
Q: Will I receive reports of my sales?
When you register, you will be able to log into your OfficeWinner administration area where you can track every element of your business.
Q: How can I check how many are in my team?
Log into your OfficeWinner administration area and click the Link "View Team". This information is live and so as people join your buying team it will update in real time.
Q: The number of people in my team or friends has gone down. How can that happen?
The answer is that someone in your team cancelled their account. If the person who cancelled was referred to OfficeWinner by you personally, then you will receive an email from us informing you of their decision to close their account. If the person was not referred by you personally but is part of your team, then your team membership will reduce by one and you will not be informed.
Q: Can I promote my OfficeWinner account on the internet?
You can use any legal advertising method to find new members to join your OfficeWinner team.
Q: Do I have to continually buy things using my OfficeWinner account?
There are no restrictions.
Q: I joined the wrong person's team in error, can I move teams?
If you inadvertently joined OfficeWinner through someone who is not the person that you intended to, then within thirty (30) days you can request a change via the helpdesk. Due to the complex nature and difficulties caused by making changes, no change will be allowed after thirty (30) days of the activation of your account.
To request a change you must login to the helpdesk and inform us that you joined the wrong team in error and request the move. Please make sure you supply us with the full details of the person whose team you wanted to join. For security reasons this request can only be made by the account holder.
Q: Is there a minimum age limit to have an OfficeWinner account?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Q: Will I make money?
There is no risk, this is completely free. Just use the OfficeWinner site when you want to purchase the office equipment or consumables that you would be buying anyway. When you start to build a team, each of your team members will also want to build their own teams and in the same way everyone will make money.
Q: Will I have to buy any stock or consumables that I will have to sell to other people in order to make money?
No.
Q: Will you or anyone connected with you be pestering me to buy stuff?
No. We will not share your personal information with any 3rd party without your permission.
Q: Will I have to attend any training sessions?
No, this is a web based business and we will conduct as much business with you as possible online.
Q: Can I have more than one account?
No. Our rule is simple, one shop per person.
For clarification, every person over the age of 18 can have their own account. For example, a Husband, Wife, Daughter & Son all living in the same house could each have their own OfficeWinner accounts and refer their own friends or work colleagues to build their own teams.
Q: How do I get my companies products marketed through OfficeWinner?
